DEFINITIONS

Product: designates the “walks, circuits, routes and workshops” offered by La Route des Gourmets, a description of which is given in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
User: designates the person browsing the site http:/www.laroutedesgourmets.fr without necessarily being a Customer.
Customer: designates the person who purchases a Product, it being understood that the Customer will inevitably be considered as a Site User.
Company: designates the Site http:/www.laroutedesgourmets.fr

This Site is owned and operated by La Route des Gourmets (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
La Route des Gourmets is a sole proprietorship with its registered office at 55 rue Pierre Emile Lesacq 95110 SANNOIS, France, registered with the Pontoise Trade and Companies Registry under number RCS 788696557.
In return for accessing, consulting and using the Site, the User undertakes to respect and comply with these Terms of Use as defined below.

ARTICLE 1: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Site is an intellectual work protected by intellectual property law. The Site and each of its components (such as trademarks, logos, texts, etc.) are the exclusive property of the Company, which alone is entitled to use the intellectual property rights. By accessing the Site, the User is granted a non-exclusive license to use the content of the Site for private use only. Reproduction of any documents published on the Site is authorized solely for information purposes and for strictly personal and private use.
Any reproduction, modification, etc., in whole or in part, of the Site or of any of its component parts, on any medium whatsoever, for purposes other than personal and private use, and in particular for commercial purposes, is expressly forbidden, unless prior written authorization has been obtained from one or other of the Company.

Any unauthorized reproduction or modification constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
It is specified that the photos appearing in the description are only descriptive and non-contractual.

ARTICLE 2: PERSONAL DATA

La Route des Gourmets respects the Customer’s privacy and the protection of information transmitted by the Customer to La Route des Gourmets, and complies with current legislation on the protection of privacy.
The Site http:/www.laroutedesgourmets.fr is registered with the CNIL under number 1631477 v 0.
La Route des Gourmets may collect personal data concerning the Customer, particularly when placing an order for Products. Certain information requested from the Customer when placing an order is mandatory in order to validate said order. The Companies may send the Customer, by “prospecting” e-mail, information enabling the Customer to get to know the Site better, to make better use of it and to learn more about the offers it has to offer. However, the Customer will have the possibility of objecting, free of charge, to the use of his/her contact details when these are collected and each time a prospecting e-mail is sent to him/her.
By subscribing to the Newsletter, any User of the Site will also have the possibility of receiving by e-mail information enabling him/her to get to know the Site better, to use it more effectively and to learn more about the offers on offer.
Finally, subject to having obtained the User’s prior consent, the Company may also transfer data concerning the User to third parties, including its Partners.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, the Customer is hereby informed that he/she has the right to access, rectify and delete his/her personal data. ARTICLE 3: USE OF THE SITE

Article 3.1: Site content
La Route des Gourmets makes every effort, to the best of its ability, to update the content of the Site and to provide Users with accurate information that is as precise and complete as possible. However, it is possible that certain information on the Site may be out of date or inaccurate. La Route des Gourmets will therefore use all reasonable means to rectify any inaccuracies.

Article 3.2: Site access and liability
La Route des Gourmets endeavours to keep the Site accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. It is specified that access to the Site may be interrupted, in particular for the purposes of maintenance, updating, and for any other reasons, in particular of a technical nature, beyond the control of La Route des Gourmets, such as the cutting of telephone networks, the overloading of the Site, a breakdown…. La Route des Gourmets is therefore in no way responsible for these interruptions and the consequences that may result for the User.
La Route des Gourmets may not be held liable for damage resulting from viruses, fraudulent intrusion by a third party leading to modification of said data, bugs of any kind, any program or application incompatible with the hardware or software used by the User, nor for damage suffered by the User as a result of negligence or fault on the part of the User or any third party.
In the event of a problem accessing the Site, the User may contact Customer Service on the following telephone number: (33) 9 6138 17 86 (price of a local call) from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding public holidays. Customer Service will do its best to meet the Customer’s expectations.

Article 3.3: Updating the Site
La Route des Gourmets reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to update or delete all or part of the content of this Site, in particular in order to comply with any new regulations or legislation.
La Route des Gourmets therefore invites the User to visit this page each time the Site is consulted in order to take note of the present Terms of Use and any changes thereto.
The new Terms of Use will apply to any User accessing the Site after they have been posted online.

Article 3.4.2 : Links to other sites
This Site may contain hypertext links to other Internet sites operated by other individuals or companies. The hypertext links set up on the Site may thus lead the User to the websites of these companies or individuals. La Route des Gourmets is not in a position to check the content of these sites, and therefore does not review them in any way. As these sites are not under the control of La Route des Gourmets, the latter cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the content of these sites, whatever form they may take (logos, texts, images in particular). Access to and use of these sites is the sole responsibility of the User.

Article 3.5: Cookies The Site uses cookies.
Cookies are small files which are deposited on the User’s computer for the sole purpose of facilitating browsing on the Site and customizing the service offered.
Each time a User connects to the Site, La Route des Gourmets receives and records certain types of information (for example: the type and version of the Customer’s browser, operating system and platform, order history, products consulted, dates and times of visit).
They are designed to be used solely by La Route des Gourmets.
To take full advantage of the Site’s functionalities, it is therefore preferable for the User to set his/her Internet browser (e.g. Explorer) to accept Cookies.
However, the User may refuse to accept cookies. Most Internet browsers indicate how to refuse and deactivate cookies, or how to obtain a message informing the User that cookies have been sent.

ARTICLE 4: APPLICABLE LAW

The law governing the present Terms of Use of the Site is French law for all disputes relating, in particular, to their validity, interpretation, execution or termination.

ARTICLE 5: COMPETENT COURTS

The competent court in the event of a dispute shall be that of the defendant’s place of domicile.
