Cheese tasting workshop in Paris
A workshop for lovers of French traditional cheeses! During this cheese tasting workshop in Paris hosted by a cheesemonger, you will discover the particularities of the cheeses from our regions. From their origins to their manufacturing process and their maturation, the different cheese families and their history will have no more secrets for you!
We estimate at about 1200 varieties of cheeses and cheese specialities existing in France. It is not easy to reference all French cheeses as new specialties appear and disappear every year!
It is among all these cheeses and cheese specialties that our cheesemonger will select for you different raw milk products in order to make a magnificent tasting tray of season.
Artisanal breads and a selection of wines produced by independent winemakers and beers carefully chosen for their taste qualities will accurately accompany this tasty tasting!
This workshop includes:
- A tasting menu specially prepared for La Route des Gourmets, including: a platter of 6 cheeses, 3 glasses selected for their pairing with the cheeses tasted (white wine, red wine, beer), artisanal bread, a dessert and a coffee.
- The animation of the tasting and the explanations by a cheesemonger

– Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 11:00am and 2:30pm (last possible arrival at 12:30 max.) and between 4:00 and 8:00pm (last possible arrival at 6:30 max.)
– Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (last possible arrival at 6:30 pm max.)
